Decorating for the holidays can be quick and easy with a few cans of spray paint.  With Rust-Oleum's Specialty Metallics you can turn a thrift shop two dollar find into the perfect bold gold vase with that retro flair.   Every so often I get what we call "cap hesitation" - you take the can off the shelf, look at the cap color, consider taking it off and spraying the shelf at the store (which is a "no-no") and hope in the end that it is the exact color you need for that project you have been working on so diligently !  Here is proof - The Specialty Metallic in Brass could not have been any more to the exact color - check out the vase and how the cap matches the final finished project!

I left the picture very large so that you can see the color detail right up against the cap.  With this golden treasure, you can  bring it as a hostess gift for the Thanksgiving Holiday filled with willows, save it for the Christmas Holiday and fill it with Holly branches or fresh Spruce greens.  You can further add metallic brass accents to frames, ornaments, and candle holders -  I ended up only spraying out about half of the can for this large vase.   My thrifty decorating came in under $7.

Angie's philosophy is simple: take on projects that are affordable and easily achievable. Look for inspiration in magazines and make the projects your own. Hers are real projects for real people and they don't require you to have a background in art. Test
