Here's a quick fix when you get that phone call Christmas Eve that your favorite Aunt is bringing an unexpected guest - your table setting is only for 10 and now you need to pull off 11! Use a similar pattern of dinnerware - if possible, mix and match plates to distract from the pattern.  Turn white wonderful paper napkins into silverware holders by rolling mixed silverware into larger sized paper napkins - rolling a one inch by four inch piece of decorative wrapping paper around the silverware stack - taping the back.  Be sure to add embelishments of holiday holly or even trim off pieces from the Christmas tree to tuck into the wrapping paper.  You can also alternate each silverware setting giving the table a bit of flair!  Quick spray paint a decorative pinecone as well for that new guest - dries quick and makes wonderful place settings!  Check out the Pinecone Placecard Holders under our November Blog and adapt spray paint colors to Rust-Oleums 2X Gloss Red, Metallic Gold or Crisp Clean White!

Angie's philosophy is simple: take on projects that are affordable and easily achievable. Look for inspiration in magazines and make the projects your own. Hers are real projects for real people and they don't require you to have a background in art. Test
