I found these raw wooden hearts through my local craft store for a quarter each and figured the kids would love to make a Valentine Craft!  It's great to see how kids want to add their own twist of color on the Valentine Holiday - no traditional Red Heart here!  I had half and quarter cans of spray paint and set up a spray painting booth inside my garage for the kids.  We threw some rubber gloves on and went through spray painting steps with great success!  Here we used Painter's Touch 2X in Satin Green Apple and simply glued on traditional "Sweetheart" candies.  This project including paint cost just under $1.25!  You can also let them personalize the inside of the heart with names, cute messages and even decoupage a picture of your favorite Valentine!  Express your love with COLOR!

Angie's philosophy is simple: take on projects that are affordable and easily achievable. Look for inspiration in magazines and make the projects your own. Hers are real projects for real people and they don't require you to have a background in art. Test
