After winter's long days have kept us inside we found great projects to conquer!  We have organized our kitchen drawers - and yes, the famous "junk" drawer has been tackled - we gladly went through our front hall closet - coming up with 6 bags of outdated hats, mittens (some only half there!) old coats that no longer fit or we just simply have no use for.  As the motivation set it we moved into the laundry room - yes, we have bins and wall racks of coats and hats - found another 5 bags of old caps, warm hats and an additional few coats.  We contiued our organizational quest by hitting the basement where all of our electronics are and decided on a few old ipods, phones and even ipod speakers we no longer were in need of.  I researched our best option and found www.Gazelle.com you basically can get cash for your old-but WORKING electronic gadget.  You can check on the website and enter in the make and model, condition and they will usually offer you approximately $100 per trade-in.  They mail you a box to send the item in, and a free shipping label.  Once they receive it and check to see if it is in working order, you can accept a money check, giftcard or credit on Paypal.  The kicker - you can also donate the money to about 50 + different charities - which is what we did!  No worries regarding the personal info on your device, they wipe it clean of everything!  Great way to donate and have your kids choose the charity of choice!  Giving does make you feel GREAT inside and out.  My girls were pretty happy with their decision and found that even a so-so IPod can make someone very happy.

Angie's philosophy is simple: take on projects that are affordable and easily achievable. Look for inspiration in magazines and make the projects your own. Hers are real projects for real people and they don't require you to have a background in art. Test
