Welcome Friends & Family all season long with a cabinet door painted with Rust-Oleum's Chalk Board Specialty paint in Garnet & Coffee. Quickly change your messages throughout the seasons from Happy Halloween to Happy Holidays! Drop a basket on the easle fill with chalk and an eraser...great message board as well!

Materials
Old Cabinet door
Sand paper, damp cloth
Zinsser Primer
Rust-Oleum's Chalk Board Paint in Garnet and Coffee
Free standing easle
Small basket to fill with a few pieces of chalk and an eraser
Project Steps
Lightly sand down cabinet door and wipe free and clear of all dust and dirt.
Apply Zinsser Primer per manufacturer's directions.
Allow to fully cure.
Apply two to three light coats of each color of Chalk Board Paint.
Once fully cured, haze up the board by applying two good coats of chalk with the rounded edge. Wipe off and now the board is ready to go.
Purchase a free standing easle - found mine at TJ Maxx and hang basket full of supplies.
