Found this broken lamp at a 90% discount and with a little glue, spray paint and mild elbow grease you have yourself a brand new lamp - all for under $21.

Materials
Lamp that needs a little TLC
Quick Dry Gorilla Glue
Rust-Oleum's Bright Coat Metallic in Chrome
Painter's Touch 2X Primer in white
220 mild grit sandpaper
Project Steps
Using the Gorilla Glue, glue together the broken area of the lamp. Clamp or hold on to the lamp for a few extra minutes to ensure the hold
Once dry, lightly sand away any extra glue that oozed out
Prime lamp with 2X primer in white. Be sure to cover the electrical bulb outlet.
Once fully cured, spray two light coats of Rust-Oleum's Bright Coat Metallic in Chrome.
