	Two Inch Terra Cotta Pots
	Rust-Oleum's Satin Black Spray Paint
	Decorative Ribbon
	Sheets of Black Felt
	Candy Corn
	Hot Glue Gun
	Silver Sharpie Marker

Project Steps

	Spray Paint each Terra Cotta Pot with Rust-Oleum's Satin Black Spray Paint
	Allow to fully cure. I waited 24 hours.
	Cut out the hat brim making it larger then the widest part of the pot.
	Glue on Ribbon, Candy Corn as well as the round felt brim.
	Customize with Sharpie Marker.
