Recycle a simple lightbulb and with a can of Rust-Oleum's Universal you can turn it back on by creating an ornament to last throughout the years.

Materials

	Lightbulb
	Rust-Oleum's Universal in Flat White
	Yarn - your choice of color or ribbon to decorate
	Sharpie Markers - black, orange & pink
	Thin gauge wire
	Hot Glue Gun
	If desired, pearlized glitter

Project Steps

	Wipe lightbulb free and clear of all dust
	Spray 2 light coats of Rust-Oleum's Universal in Flat White
	Allow to fully cure about 4 hours
	Twist on wire gauge for hanger
	Glue on Scarf and Hat
	Be creative and add personalized messages
