Clean surfaces with soap and water and allow to fully dry.

Apply Painter's Touch Primer and allow to fully dry. As always, please follow manufacturer's recommendations on application and dry times.

Apply 2 light coats of Painter's Touch Teal spray paint to file cabinets.

If a second coat is necessary or desired, recoat within 1 hour or after 24 hours.
