Rust-Oleum Universal Gloss White
Rust-Oleum Universal Gloss Cardinal Red
Rust-Oleum Universal Gloss Hunter Green
Various wooden frames
Decorative ribbon
Hot glue gun
Project Steps
Spray on one coat of the Rust-Oleum Universal Gloss White onto desired frames and allow to dry.
Spray on one coat of the Rust-Oleum Universal Gloss Cardinal Red onto desired frames and allow to dry.
Spray on one coat of the Rust-Oleum Universal Gloss Hunter Green onto desired frames and allow to dry.
Cut ribbon to desired length.
Attach ribbon to dry frames with hot glue gun.
Show off your loved ones with this holiday garland!
