Antique Vase You Can Make Yourself

This antique vase is made with pieces of broken glass, held together with grout and spray painted with Rust Oleum gold hammered paint. Here's how you can make this antique vase yourself. (For complete step-by-step instructions, please read my full article.

Materials

	Since the color of the glass doesn't matter, collect broken bottles, glasses, anything glass pieces you can find.
	Grout
	A cheap plastic vase
	Rust Oleum Hammered Glass Spray Paint

Project Steps

	You must wear heavy duty gloves when breaking the glass to avoid getting cut.
	You can use small glass pieces or large one's. It's up to you, so long as the pieces are small enough to form to the rounded shape of your plastic vase.
	Please read my full article for exact instructions on how to work with grout. It's important not to mix too much at once, or the grout will dry before you can use it.
	Slowly, adhere the glass to the plastic vase until it is coated.
	Once dry, spray paint with Rust Oleum Hammered Gold Paint.
