Wow your neighbors with these adorable planters

Materials
Old Stroller and Old Oil Heater
Rust-Oleum rust stripper
Rust-oleum balck hammered paint and Blue paint
Metal Drill Bit
Fishing line
Project Steps
Brush old rust with a metal brush. Then apply rust-Oleum rust stripper. (be sure to wear gloves) Rinse off. Both pieces did not have a lot of rust. To my surprise the stroller had a beautiful blue paint under the rust so I left it as is.
The Oil heater had a burner on the bottom so I took that out leaving the piece empty on the inside. Paint the bottom and top in black. Make sure to cover the middle piece. I taped wax paper around it. Let dry
Once the paint is dry on the oil heater reverse the tape. Paint the middle any color, since this one had blue already on it I matched the color.
Now on to the stroller. Rust-Oleum rust stripper worked great.I left some rust on it for looks. With a metal drill bit I drilled 4 holes on the handle. Then added fishing line through the holes and around the bottom. The fishing line will support any growing vines.
Since it is still winter in Chicago I used fake plants just to illistrate my idea. Use you own green thumb to come up with different plant ideas. Enjoy
