I get this idea in grandma’s visit. My baby love to play with her magnet ladybird. But the thing is small and I was always scared that she could put the magnet in her mouth.

Materials
fabric with print of your choice
padding
fabric for the back
small square fabric for sewing a magnet to the back fabric
magnet
Project Steps
My idea is to have a fabric pictures with magnets so she could play with them, this type of magnets are soft and much bigger then grandma’s ladybird. The bad think is that they need a hand washing after a while. I plan to make a magnet chalk board, that she could play with the magnets and use a chalk board for pictures also. But for now I need to found blackboard paint so we play with magnets on our radiator. You will need to found a fabric with nice print, padding and a magnets and a little time for sewing.
Sew together the fabric and padding (1 cm from the print). Use contrast thread. This is a sketch, so you will be able to see where you need sewing from the back.(back view in the circle picture)
On the back fabric put the round fabric (purple fabric) and sew a circle. Before you finished put a magnet between both fabrics.
Make a sandwich of both fabric right side to right side and put at the back fabric the second padding.Make a small stitch (orange line) 1 mm inside of the first stitch (black stitch). Leave open a few cm, so you could turn around. Then sew the hole.
