I've just begun making children's blocks using the Rust-oleum Painter's Touch, Ultra Cover spray paints. I understand that the process of spray painting requires respriatory protection, but I'm concerned about "toxicty" once the painted product is finished. I'm coating all of my "blox" with spray shellac from Bullseye. Is this enough to proctect children from any toxic effects? Aside from the fact that young children should not be eating blocks, and should be supervised at all times, will I be facing any liability for using your product? I know that toys from China, containing lead paint, have put fear into the hearts of many American consumers. I hope that my using your Rust-oleum product will help reassure American consumers that my "KIDXROCKBLOX.COM" are lead-free and safe for America's children to play with.
My website should be up and running by April 15. I'd like to know what assurances I can provide to my customers that your Rust-oleum Painter's Touch, Ultra Cover paints are safe for children's blocks. Thank you! Jerry Spellman
