Step 1

Clean Pumpkin with a clean rag, removing all dust and dirt

Step 2

Wipe dry

Step 3

Turn pumpkin right side up and spray 2 light coats with the Specialty Chalkboard Paint

Step 4

Allow to dry for at least 20 minutes

Step 5

Turn pumpkin up and spray the entire pumpkin with the Chalkboard Paint

Step 6

Scrape writing edge of chalk on pavement before use, giving it a smoother rounded edge.This will not allow the chalk to cut through the paint

Step 7

Glue one end of the chalk to the ribbon and tie it to the pumpkin stem

Step 8

Glue one end of the eraser to another piece of ribbon and tie it to the other side of the pumpkin stem
