Spray primer

American Heritage Heirloom White spray paint, 1 can

Spray lacquer

Dried flowers, available at craft stores

Mod Podge, matte finish

Clean shelf throughly; dry

Apply one coat primer; dry

Apply two coats Heirloom White. Dry between each

Apply one coat clear lacquer; dry

Decide on your desired flowers design; apply Mod Podge on shelf in area you want the flowers and carefully place them on it; gently apply Mod Podge over flowers.

Dry and hang
