Submissions
We welcome your comments about any of the Rust-Oleum Sites and encourage you to provide your own paint ideas. By submitting an idea, you are granting Rust-Oleum unrestricted use of the submission for any purpose, without compensation to the provider of the submission.

Forums
A "forum" means any message board, chat room, comment or similar interactive service appearing on any of the Rust-Oleum Sites. You must register in accordance with instructions that you will find on the Rust-Oleum Sites in order to contribute to any forum.
